My husband and I own a handful of rental homes in Cape Girardeau. We pride ourselves in providing safe quality homes that are well maintained. We provide direct management of our properties and promptly take care of any repairs needed on them. We also provide lawn maintenance with renting our homes to keep them looking nice and make renting easier on our tenants. We utilize online applications and payments through the Cozy.co website and all leases can be signed electronically. You can see our available rentals here.
